What is this “AdTranquility”?

We help regular people who are sick and tired of being spammed by aggressive advertisers. You’ve most likely downloaded our app – called AdTranquility – which in a very simple and elegant way protects you from being bombarded by spam and ‘push notifications’.

In case you cannot find it anywhere on your phone and yet have subscribed/paid – you can download the app right from the Google Play store (click here). Also if this is the case, please feel free to reach out to our support team – we’ll be happy to help if you encounter any issues.


What subscription plans are there?

We keep things simple. You can choose what works best for you: weekly, monthly, quarterly, as well as some long-term yearly plans.

The exact pricing depends on when you’ve signed up, if you took advantage of an offer etc. Our customer support team is more than happy to clarify exactly what plan you’re on – just reach out to us.

Our additional antivirus and anti-malware protection is a paid add-on to the main app, which has an additional monthly subscription. This means you may be on two separate subscriptions. We highly recommend you keep your antivirus add-on active, but as always our support team can help clarify any issues.


How do I activate the app?

How do I use the app daily?

We’ve made the app as easy as possible. You certainly have more important things in life, and after all it isĀ our job to protect you. So using the app is very much a set-and-forget experience. Once it’s enabled, it will protect you 24/7 as long as you have an active subscription and don’t turn it off.


Did I sign up for this? I am not sure.

Everyone signs up either thru our home page (AdTranquility.com) or various special offer pages and checkout forms. If you have any doubt about where you’ve signed up (or if you’ve signed up at all) please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team and we’ll help to clarify ASAP.

We’re a legitimate US business, if you ever feel like you’ve made this purchase by accident please reach out and we will fix the situation as soon as possible.


What else was I billed for?

  2. You might have purchased our additional add-on Antivirus and Anti-Malware protection. This is a separate, cheaper monthly subscription. We highly recommend you keep it active as it’s paramount to the safety of your device, but if you wish to cancel or ask – just reach out to our support team, we’re happy to help.
